EASYNET CONNECT TO OFFER ONEACCESS ROUTERS
New reliable, affordable and more manageable routers for SMBs
London/Paris - 3rd November 2008. Leading Internet Service Provider, Easynet Connect has announced it will now supply OneAccess routers to all new customers on its ADSL and SDSL services.
The broad range of ADSL and SHDSL OneAccess routers have IDSN back-up and are made specifically for small to medium size businesses. They are highly reliable, with a solid support and escalation structure, meaning any faults or problems can be quickly identified and put right. Secure delivery of enterprise-grade services is managed by OneAcess’s robust OneOS software.
“One of the reasons we chose OneAccess is because their routers have a powerful, user-friendly interface, which we can pre-configure before we send them out. This means we can ensure a simple and efficient set up for our customers” says Beth Brewer, Product Manager for Access Services at Easynet Connect. “And just as importantly, the routers have excellent trouble-shooting and diagnostic tools which means our 24 hr IT support team can quickly find and solve the fault”, continues Brewer.
In addition, how customers use their business internet connection will be improved in the future, as the routers offer the potential for 3G back-up, bonding of multiple lines and wireless LAN, all at an affordable price point.
Alan Brazier, Chief Strategy Officer at OneAccess says: ‘We are delighted that Easynet Connect has selected OneAccess as its partner for the delivery of DSL based services. This decision reflects the increasing recognition of OneAccess’ unique position within the Service Provider market. OneAccess is driven by Telco requirements, and is dedicated to the development of purpose-built products which enable cost-effective service differentiation.
The OneAccess routers will be dispatched to a customer anywhere in the UK within a day, through one of the UK’s most established distributors, The Kenton Group, and if a customer has an urgent fault on an existing router, a new one can be dispatched within a couple of hours.
“We are continuing to test OneAccess routers as we plan to introduce them across more of our product range in the near future”, adds Beth Brewer.
