The voice over IP flows are processed via the OneOs router software. The voice over IP traffic thus benefits from the advanced QoS management offered by OneOs. Transit delays are controlled using link fragmentation and interleaving (LFI) over HDLC- and ATM-based uplinks, so that the VoIP jitter remains contained.

The gateway offers extensive VoIP features to support supplementary services, modem and fax detection/transport. Phone numbers can be easily manipulated to provide flexibility with address plans. An advanced call routing system enables the device to route and backup calls when the softswitch is not available.

OneAccess has validated its products with leading gateway and softswitch vendors. The products operate in carrier-class environment and have shown its compatibility with today's installed solution, thereby providing a safe choice for enterprise and telecom operators.
